The Tactical Motivation ℠ Program consists of a series of workshops which offer experienced professionals a toolkit to optimize their ability to motivate and ultimately lead. From assessing their current engagement and motivational abilities, to identifying the set of behaviors that will enhance their skillset. We also provide insight on how to expand their scale and scope of leadership by bringing their team and stakeholders along.
These workshops can be delivered as a full program, individually or customized to fit a unique need, depending on the desired level of engagement.

All leaders are not managers and all managers unfortunately are not leaders ... but they can be! All professionals should focus on cultivating their leadership capabilities, regardless of role, title or placement on the org chart. This session is designed to connect every professionals' intention of being a leader with the motivational tools to accomplish it.
The ability to influence is key to motivating action. It is a significant but less directly addressed business skill, that every experienced professional should work to understand and potentially master. This session is designed to focus on two paramount models of influence, consisting of 15 foundational categories. We will share the principles which govern human behavior that support these categories and provide a tactical toolkit to enhance each professionals' ability to influence.
Whether it is 1:1, in a conference room or an auditorium, dynamic professionals should aspire to captivate and motivate their audience. In this session we will share how to structure scalable, adaptable and engaging content, to draw in any size audience and impactfully deliver.
